We serve the west side of Des Moines, the neighborhoods closest to our home base in Adel. That includes parts of West Des Moines, the Beaverdale area, Windsor Heights, and the corridor along University Avenue. We don't take new customers all the way across to the east side of Des Moines, but anywhere along I-235 west of downtown is fair game. Same services as elsewhere: weekly mowing, treatments, seasonal cleanups, aeration, and snow removal.

Des Moines properties skew older, often with established root systems, decent topsoil, and a lot more shade than the newer suburbs. Shade lawns need different care: less nitrogen, taller mowing height, and overseeding with shade-tolerant fescues rather than just bluegrass. We're price-competitive with the major Des Moines services and our customers consistently say we're more responsive and more careful around landscaping. The trade-off is we're a smaller operation, so during peak season our route fills up fast.
